Porphyrin-Based Metal–Organic Frameworks for Efficient Electrochemiluminescent Chiral Recognition of Tyrosine Enantiomers

چکیده

Science the biological activities of chiral enantiomers are often different or even opposite, their recognition is great significance. A new assembly structure named TCPP-Zn-(S)-BINOL was obtained based on interaction between binaphthol (BINOL) and porphyrin-based MOF formed by Meso-Tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphine (TCPP) Zn2+, a sensor designed relying TCPP-Zn-(S)-BINOL. The platform using as recognizer porphyrin an emitter, which can recognize tyrosine (Tyr) via electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method. According to density functional theory (DFT), has affinity with L/D-Tyr due strength hydrogen bond ligand BINOL enantiomer. It will be more suitable for combination L-Tyr, presence L-Tyr increase ECL intensity modified electrode catalytic reduction co-reactant reagents, achieving purpose Tyr enantiomers. These findings show that used advanced biomedical applications.
